Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi – Sapa – Fansipan (L/D)

06:30: Depart from Hanoi to Sapa.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street the day before departure to complete check-in procedures before boarding the bus to Sapa.

Our vehicle typically passes by locations such as the University of Foreign Languages, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Zone, and Noi Bai International Airport before continuing on the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway. Therefore, we can pick up guests at these locations.

Please register your preferred pickup point in advance of the departure date.

13:00 – 13:30: Arrive in Sapa and check in.

Upon arrival in Sapa, our local guide and vehicle will pick you up and transfer you to a restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, you will check in at the hotel and have free time to rest.

Afternoon: Visit Fansipan

17:30: The vehicle and tour guide will take you back to your hotel in the center of Sapa.

19:00: The tour guide will take you to dinner, after which you are free to explore the vibrant nightlife of Sapa.

Day 2: Sapa – Trekking to explore traditional villages (B/L/D)

08:00 – 08:30: Local tour guide and car pick-up at the hotel or Sapa town center.

08:30: You will board the car and depart for Lao Chai village. On the way, you will stop at scenic viewpoints to admire the Muong Hoa Valley from above and capture the most beautiful morning moments of Sapa.

09:00: Upon arriving at Lao Chai village, you will get off the car and walk about 1.6 km into the village. Along the way, you will pass by winding terraced rice fields stretching along the mountain slopes and a gentle stream at the foot of the majestic Hoang Lien Son range.

09:30 – 10:00: As you enter the village, you will stop at a traditional H’mong house, which preserves unique cultural values, to listen to stories about the local customs, traditions, and daily life of the ethnic people here.

10:00 – 10:45: Experience wearing traditional H’mong clothing. When dressed in colorful brocade outfits, you will feel the distinct beauty and unique culture of the local people. You can also take part in activities such as grinding corn and rice with stone mills, learning natural dyeing techniques, and practicing traditional beeswax painting of the Black H’mong in Sapa. 

Lao Chai Ta Van Village half day tour

10:45 – 11:30: You will walk about 2 km to Ta Van village, home of the Giay people, to explore their impressive culture, unique customs, and rich traditions.

11:30 – 13:30: You will join in preparing and enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, followed by free time to relax.

13h30 – 14h00: Walk to La Dao Spa. On the way, you will stop to learn about the architecture and traditional culture of the Giay people in Ta Van village.

14:00 – 15:30: You will experience the traditional herbal bath of the Red Dao people and enjoy the stunning scenery from one of the most beautiful spas with the best view and atmosphere in Sapa.

15:30 – 17:00: Check in at a homestay in Ta Van Village. You are free to relax, explore the village, and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

18:00: You will have dinner at the homestay and enjoy some free time to relax and unwind.

Day 3: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Sapa (B/L)

08:00 – 08:30: You will wake up, freshen up, have breakfast, and check out (luggage can be left at the reception desk).

08:30 – 11:30: You will begin a trekking journey of approximately 4.5 km to explore Giang Ta Chai Village—an adventure that brings you closer to the nature and people of Vietnam’s Northwest region.

Along the way, you will admire winding terraced rice fields, lush bamboo forests, and cascading white waterfalls amidst the vast mountains. The journey also takes you through a Red Dao village, where traditional culture is still well preserved.

Here, you will have the opportunity to visit a typical Red Dao traditional house, learn about their daily lifestyle, and take part in a handicraft activity—creating your own handmade bracelet as a meaningful local souvenir.

11:30 – 13:30: You will join in preparing and enjoying distinctive dishes rich in the flavors of the Northwest mountains, prepared by the Red Dao people of Sapa. After the meal, you are free to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

13:30 – 14:30: You will continue trekking along a 1.5 km path to visit the ancient Cloud Bridge—a famous old suspension bridge nestled amidst Sapa’s majestic nature, offering the perfect spot to capture memorable moments.

14:30: The vehicle and tour guide will take you back to your hotel in the center of Sapa. You are free to explore Sapa at your own pace.

Afternoon Options: Choose your preferred afternoon activity and departure plan:

  • Option 1: Early Afternoon Departure to Hanoi (Around 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM): For guests returning to Hanoi by bus or limousine in the afternoon, your guide will assist with the transfer to the bus station, marking the end of your tour.
  • Option 2: Visit Sapa Market (Evening Departure/Extended Stay): If you plan to leave for Hanoi in the evening by bus or train or wish to stay longer in Sapa, join your guide for a visit to Sapa’s vibrant local market before concluding the tour.
