Itinerary
HALF DAY MORNING
7:00 – 7:10: Local tour guide and chef pick up guests at the hotel in Sapa town center (Or tour guide picks you at pre-arranged pick up points in Sapa town).
– Chef recommends the dishes of the ethnic people for guests, guests will choose 1 of the menus to learn and chef gives guests guidelines on ingredients.
– Guests learn some basic Vietnamese languages to communicate with local shopkeepers. How to bargain a price? How to greet someone in Vietnam? How much is it? …
7:10 – 7:20: Group guests get on the tramcar to Sapa market.
7:20 – 8:20: At Sapa market:
– Visitors will visit and discover the unique features of the highland market.
– Buy all the ingredients according to the guidelines.

8:20 – 8:35: Guests get on the tramcar to go to the Cooking class center (house of ethnic people).
8:35 – 11:00: Guests learn to cook dishes.
– The chef instructs guests how to wash and prepare raw foods.
– Chef demonstrates how to identify the local ingredients, the flavor, tastes of Vietnamese herbs, and how to cook the best typical dishes of ethnic people.
– Chef instructs guests in the order of preparation steps for the dishes.
– Guests will cook the dishes with the guidance of the chef.
11:00 – 11:45: Guests will enjoy the dishes prepared by themselves with the guide and chef.

11:45 – 12:00: Guests get on the tramcar and go back to the hotel (or the tour guide will drop guests off at Sapa town). End tour!
