When customers leave their information, all of this information will be automatically transferred to a shared Drive link that both parties can monitor. Therefore, you can reach out to the customers to inquire whether they have booked services from SeA Travel or not. Alternatively, we can also create a group chat for you, allowing you to follow up on our consultations with customers as well as whether or not we successfully close any deals.

2.Currently, the IT team at SeA Travel is working on integrating direct payment on the website. However, even with the option to book and pay directly, the likelihood of customers booking directly remains very low because travel products typically require staff consultation to ensure they meet the customer's budget/time/needs. Therefore, customers rarely book directly and usually need additional information from sales staff.

Before customers depart, there can be many issues related to the booking: increasing/decreasing the number of guests, tour cancellations (for example, due to a storm leading to a ban on departures from the bay or other valid reasons requiring a refund for the customer). Therefore, the commission will be settled only at the end of the tour to avoid complications related to changes in the commission amount.

SeA Travel will design a dedicated website for you. You will share this link with clients to showcase tours and collect their information for our sales team to provide consultation. You only need to provide an email and a code for us to attach to your identifying link. The maintenance cost of the website will be covered by us, so you will not incur any fees. However, if there are no customers after about two quarters, we reserve the right to close the website to avoid additional costs! When clients leave their information to request a tour consultation, both parties will receive a notification that a client has submitted a tour consultation request. Our sales team will be responsible for consulting, quoting, and taking care of clients from the start to the end of their journey, and will pay out the commission right after the tour concludes.

The commission is paid after the customer concludes the tour through international payment channels. The transaction fees for international money transfers are to be borne by the recipient.
