We had an amazing time on the Ambassador Cruise! The staff were fantastic and the food was great, from the pre-boarding buffet to the meals onboard.
The excursions were lovely, especially thanks to our guide Chi, who made everything more enjoyable. The schedule was a bit packed, so at times it felt a little rushed — we might have skipped one or two activities to have more time to relax.

Amazing staff and cruise!!!
Ambassador cruise has an amazing set of staff that made our stay fun very smooth and comfortable! From checking in, dining, going on excursions, and more it was well managed and best of all really fun!!! The food was also amazing!!! Thank you so much to all the staff including Chin who made our stay one to remember! Definitely recommend!!

Ha Long Bay cruise was fun! They will pick you up from your hotel and give 1 bottle of water per route. The tour guide Kien is good in english. Food were good.

Our group had very nice experience.. Being a vegetarian, we also enjoyed the food on the cruise. Our guide was also very friendly... we recommend this place and also the cruise .

Amazing experience, I will definitely do this again. The guide was friendly and was really helpful. we were picked up and dropped off near our hotel. We enjoyed the food and activities. one for the books!
