This was the highlight of our Hanoi trip. The van arrangement was perfect. And the Ambassador Cruise was amazing, should have booked atleast a night. We got a day use room for additional fee. 1 room is good for 4. You should never miss Halong Bay and should consider Ambassador Cruise. And the food was amazing.

There were many cruise ships and I was wondering which one to choose, but I'm really glad I chose this one. I could tell right away that it was different from other ships. The dedicated check-in counter, the luxurious ship, the high-quality food, the activities, the cool staff were all very kind and wonderful. I also stayed in a private room, and it was so nice that I wanted to stay there for a night. The weather wasn't very good, but the ship was so wonderful that I didn't mind at all. I had the best memories of my trip to Hanoi. If I had another chance, I would choose this ship.
The procedure is to wait on the cruise for about 30-45 minutes, then the cruise departs -> have a snack, listen to live band -> have dinner -> listen to DJ play music, cruise time is 3.5 hours

Absolutely awesome, such nice staff who want to engage with Western tourist especially the staff manager - Top guy. Everything on the boat as described, food super fresh and great selection of drinks to purchase if required. Beautiful boat, beautiful setting, amazing food and beautiful people what more could you ask for. Ps:- The musicians/dj where great, everyone enjoyed dancing..

First of all, I loved the cruise facilities because they were cleaner and better than I thought. In particular, I loved the fact that there were a shower and a jacuzzi inside the cruise. Also, the itinerary of the tour products was also full and perfect. Thanks to Tom who guided me throughout the trip, I was able to hear a lot of information about the destination, and communication was smooth because he had good English. Lastly, the food served at lunch was really delicious. I recommend this product as much as possible.
