We had a fantastic trip out to the bay, visited the Surprising Caves, Luong cave and Ti Top island. Was given the option of a boat ride or kayaking and we did both - it was a lovely ride (I was anxious about being on the water but they were very considerate for passenger safety). Our tour guide Tom was incredibly friendly, attentive and very professional! He did a fantastic job storytelling about the caves and was a great host. Our cruise boat was very clean, the lunch included was fresh and delicious!
I visited Halong Bay for a day trip with Tom, who was very kind and helpful. He was patient and explained everything very beautifully with some jokes along the way.
There were 3 stops, A peak, A cave, Sunset party as well. All lovely and must have experiences. His command on English was good and easy to understand. I recommend Tom to everyone who visits this place.

Great and friendly
It was a great trip with the symphony cruise. The operator Tom and all crews are nice and friendly. All activities and sailing were organized timely.
