the cruise overall is very clean and nice. the beds are very comfortable. it also has high quality foods, especially the desserts. the staff is very polite, has good communication skills and very willing to offer helps and respond to feedbacks. unfortunately, we didn't have much time to explore more places but the experience on the whole is great.

This was a trip that made my husband and I feel wonderful and happy
This was my first time going to Ha Long Bay, I was introduced to Ambassador Cruise, and being on this cruise was a great experience, the cruise was clean and beautiful, the food was delicious, all the staff on the cruise were very attentive. and friendly. If I have the opportunity to go to Ha Long Bay again, I will still choose Ambassador Cruise. (Betty)

An amazing cruise experience
I went with my family and fiance for one night and got three corner rooms. The service was great. The food was amazing. There were plenty of activities to keep you busy. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient.

One night stay at Ambassador should be on everyone's Bucket List!
I stayed at captain's room with its own balcony and was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Ha Long Bay overnight stay included a dinner on the open top floor . We saw fireworks. It included two excursions to a beachside and also a trip with a boat through a cave to get to the monkey hills where many monkey were playing around and people were throwing fruit at them. Staff were helpful and as nice as they could be.

Fantastic day excursion out to the islands!!
We had a fantastic trip out to the bay, visited the Surprising Caves, Luong cave and Ti Top island. Was given the option of a boat ride or kayaking and we did both - it was a lovely ride (I was anxious about being on the water but they were very considerate for passenger safety). Our tour guide Tom was incredibly friendly, attentive and very professional! He did a fantastic job storytelling about the caves and was a great host. Our cruise boat was very clean, the lunch included was fresh and delicious!
