Very nice and the comfortable service during this cruise trip. The food is good. The people is sweet and the viewpoint is very beautiful. Overall to say that I love this tour. Thank you Ambassador Cruise very much.

Our Hercules experience has been nothing short of amazing. I'm not someone who has ever left a review on a tour before but felt compelled with how amazing our tour guide Alex was during our tour. We went to do the kayaking and he suggested we leave our shoes so we took them off and he brought them back to the ship and they were at our table waiting for us. his knowledge throughout the whole day was great. Really appreciated his kindness and assistance during our day. We have 3 kids so what can be sometimes troublesome was made easy. If you decide to book the tour be sure to ask for Alex!
We did the one day tour with Sea Lion cruise and weren't disappointed. Ha Long Bay and the caves were excellent. We found the drive through the countryside to get there was also very interesting. It was good to do this with the tour guide as he highlighted many things that we probably would have missed.

The guide's safe guidance and overall schedule were very good, and the buffet food was very delicious. Great way to spend a day in Ha Long Bay! The ride transfer was right on time, and the staff is really communicative, with a very comfortable bus. The ship itself is beautiful with pool for dipping with a view. The lunch was great, they got a lot of choices for food, from seafood, pork to salad. You got to spend a whole day visiting the Sung Sot Cave, go kayaking, and climb to see the top of Tiptop Island, all included. Thank you for the great experience!
